Video: Examen on Migration

This guided examen prayer on migration expresses gratitude for the beauty of diverse people and cultures in our world. As we reflect on the migration stories of our neighbors, we pray to move beyond the borders of our own hearts toward advocacy and solidarity. According to UNHCR’s annual Global Trends Report, released in 2019, there were over 70 million people were displaced at the end of 2018. Some 13.6 million people were newly displaced during the course of that year. The migration of peoples is a reality in every part of the world, including North America.
