Christmas Carol

Hope for the Holidays is designed as a light-hearted and approachable tool for people to navigate their feelings of hopelessness by widening their vision towards the common good in society and the Church. We chose an excerpt from Chapter 6 as a way to showcase how author Charles Dickens encouraged his audiences in A Christmas Carol to honor Christ at Christmas by advancing works of Christian justice.
Hope for the Holidays: Finding Light at the Darkest Time of the Year  was written by Paul E. Jarzembowski and published by Paulist Press in 2023.
