Earth Day 2018

This short resource reflects on the theme of Earth Day 2018, connects this theme to Pope Francis’s concerns for Creation, and offers suggestions for action and an Earth Day prayer.

EFJ’s 2015 resource, “Catholic Social Thought in Pope Francis’s Laudato Si’: On Care for our Common Home,” is also included below. This updated reflection discusses how the Catholic social thought grounds his discussion of the signs of these times and the need for an authentic conversion so we may stop the degradation of Creation.
