This lesson plan is a companion to the film Crash (2004). During the lesson, students follow a character throughout the movie and consider the question: What happened in the relationships between different characters that did not allow them to walk alongside each other in solidarity but to crash into each other? Students are invited to analyze the interconnectedness of relationships and social injustices through a written response after viewing the movie.
